00:07In order to reassign 65 persons from the Police Regional Office with the P.R.O. 11 to other regions,

00:15in accordance with the special order issued by Camp Kramer on November 25,

00:21signed by Police Major General Allan Okobo,

00:25the Acting Chief of Directoral Staff of the Philippine National Police,

00:29Police Lieutenant Colonel Ronald Lau will be reassigned to the Police Regional Office 2, Tuguegarao,

00:37Police Major Rosario Aguilar,

00:39Police Major Noel Villahermosa,

00:42Police Major Jimmy Evangelista,

00:44Police Major Jimuel Mamolang,

00:46and Police Major Jonel Perderio will be reassigned to NIMAROPA.

00:51These are the five police personnel assigned to the Police Regional Office 5 in Bicol Region.

00:58According to the P.R.O. 11,

01:00which is only included in the regular movement of PNP personnel in the Philippine National Police,

01:06the P.R.O. 11 is the only way for the public to connect with their reassignment in politics.

01:15If you are familiar with their names,

01:19they are the under-investigations,

01:22the police operations where they were killed,

01:26and the station commanders who doubled the number of blotters,

01:32and other PNP personnel who were under-investigated or were charged.

01:39Mark Orlando Vallecer II, a former election officer,

01:43was arrested in Nolungan, Lanao del Norte.

01:47According to the National Bureau of Investigation of the NBI,

01:50which is the district office,

01:52he was arrested because there were no individuals who were driving a motorcycle.

01:57The victim was the driver of a car in Curva, Miagau, Salvador, Lanao del Norte.

02:05On November 25,

02:08he was arrested by the police.

02:12He was taken to Buntilau Hospital in Marandingue.

02:15Vallecer II was declared a dead-on arrival.

02:19According to the Commission on Elections,

02:22which is a law enforcement agency,

02:25the death of the election officer was a matter of justice.
