00:00My name is Jason Hobber, I'm Chief Operating Officer at TJK.
00:04We took key handover from the centre and the landlords two Wednesdays ago.
00:09So we've been two weeks in the making.
00:12We have a Black Friday opening weekly.
00:15We have 50 red envelopes with gift vouchers in for the first 50 customers coming down.
00:20The first customer gets the biggest cash reward.
00:23We have air fryers at £55, we've got microwaves at £50.
00:28We've got brands like Lacoste, Nike, Brandler, Gucci, Clinique. Brands for everybody.
00:35So TJ Hughes used to be in Wolverhampton.
00:38In its history, there was a very strong affiliation between TJ Hughes and the community of Wolverhampton.
00:45So we've been waiting for the right opportunity to move back into the city.
00:49And the opportunity arose with this vacant unit and we jumped at the chance to do that.
00:54We're on an expansion programme now. We'd like to get it back up to 50 stores in the estate.
00:59So this is part of that programme.
01:01When we came down to the city and we did a recruitment drive, we've taken on 26 new members of staff.
