00:00More than 80 Chinese militia vessels were spotted near Pagasa Island in the West Philippine Sea, but the AFP said it's not in the hands of the Chinese militia.

00:16In a social media post, security analyst Ray Powell stated that there are more than 80 Chinese maritime militia vessels near Pagasa Island this Tuesday.

00:26This was confirmed by the residents of the island.

00:29According to the source of GMA News, there were no Chinese vessels last week, but they returned yesterday.

00:36The AFP confirmed the sudden increase of Chinese vessels near Pagasa, but it's not a reason for the AFP to be in charge.

00:45It's possible that the ships came from the nearby artificial island of Subi Reef because it was hit by two typhoons in the country.

00:57So it's nothing to be alarmed because as we said, all over the South China Sea, there could be as many as 250 of these maritime militia vessels.
