00:09The National Economic and Development Authority, or NEDA, has assured that there will be no new budget to implement the high-priority projects of the government.
00:19NEDA explained to Secretary Arsenio Balisaca that this is also based on the agreement of the Executive and Legislative Branch.
00:27It also has the aforementioned tax measures of the Development and Budget Coordination Committee
00:32so that the projects will be properly implemented in 2025.
00:36The priorities of the projects for the next year are related to infrastructure, economy, and food security.
00:43In addition to NEDA, the Philippine economy is not affected by the noise of politics.
00:51The PhilHealth Board has approved the payment for preventive oral health services in primary care.
00:56Explained by Health Assistant Secretary Albert Domingo, this is also in line with the Philippines' involvement in the World Health Organization Global Health Meeting.
01:05The PhilHealth Board approved the maximum payment of Php 1,000 per patient per year for preventive oral health services.
01:13This is designed to pay for the annual regular preventive oral care services for every Filipino,
01:21such as mouth examination, oral screening, dental prophylaxis, and fluoride varnish application.
01:27There will also be a payment for pit and fissure, sealant, and class 5 procedures that will not exceed two teeth.
01:35Emergency consultation and tooth extraction is also part of the benefit.
