00:00The voters' education of the Commission on Elections will continue for the new machine that will be used in the City Council of 2025.

00:11The Commission on Elections is now going around the country to teach the new voting processes in the City Council of 2025.

00:21Aside from the fact that the technology of automated counting machines looks new and modern,

00:29the voters should be careful with the machines that will be used.

00:34There will be no problem in shading the vote because even if the vote is wrong, the machine will read it.

00:40But what they are avoiding is that the machine will be damaged, wet, or even too sad

00:47because it might not be accepted by the machines.

00:50The timing mark on the side is very sensitive.

00:54That is the main reason why the machines will accept it.

00:58That is one of the things that the machines verify.

01:01If it is damaged, wet, or compromised, the machines will reject it.

01:10Comelec explained that even if the ACM does not accept the ballot the first time,

01:15it can still be tried up to four times.

01:19But if it is not read, it will be rejected and the vote will not be read.

01:24Comelec said this in the Voter Education Roadshow that is being held all over the country today

01:30where the voters are being demonstrated the correct usage of the new automated counting machines.
