00:20What is it like to be in this room and why is Women Supporting Women more important now

00:26I feel like our incoming administration is one huge fucking reason for us to have each
00:33other's backs.
00:34I think that women supporting each other is why I do what I do and being in this room
00:41is an honor.
00:42I mean, I want to say like all these women have been on my vision board, so to be in
00:47their company is amazing and yeah, I'm just really excited to uplift each other and support
00:52each other.
00:53Sure.
00:54What is your favorite female-led performance that you need everyone to watch this year?
00:58Besides mine?
00:59Hello?
01:00Yeah, that goes without saying.
01:03I mean, there's so much amazing film and television right now, so I can't give you just one,
01:08but I think that it's such a great time right now for female-led performances and I think
01:13that going out and supporting that intentionally is what we all have to do because it takes
01:19intention to support each other.
01:22All right, Lotus, Season 3, what was your thoughts when you found out that Belinda was
01:28making a comeback?
01:29I was shocked.
01:30I had no idea.
01:31You know, I watched Season 2 as a fan of the series, obviously, and I love Mike, and so
01:36when he asked me to come back, I said, when and where?
01:39I was ready, yeah.
01:41What can you tease for us?
01:43I was in Thailand for about five months shooting, and so Belinda has an amazing story this season
01:49and I'm just really excited for audiences to see where it goes.
01:52Yeah.
01:53Okay, finally, who the F did I marry?
01:56That's right, Teresa Johnson, Risa Tisa.

02:00What were those conversations with Risa Tisa like in order to bring this project to the
02:04screen?
02:05Well, what's crazy is I met her over Zoom while I was in Thailand shooting White Nolotus
02:11because that's when things were getting viral, and so just talking with her, I was just inspired
02:15by her story and wanted to tell it, and when we won the very competitive bid to get it,
02:19my production company, Big Hattie Productions, we set up a dinner and she and I met, and
02:24I was like, oh, you're just like my sister from a different mister.
02:26We just connected and bonded and I can't wait to tell her story.
