01:05Act, 1952, which provides for a maximum fine of 5,000 ringgit or imprisonment of up to
01:12two years and mandatory supervision of not less than two years.
01:17However, no plea was recorded after the charge was read out before Magistrate Raja Norshuziana
01:23Shakila Raja Mamat.
01:25The court allowed the accused bail of 2,600 ringgit in one surety and set February 7 for
01:32mention.
