00:05These are the narco-trolls who spread lies to manipulate the public.

00:16A few days after the narco-vloggers were found,

00:20the narco-trolls were told by the House Squad Committee Lead Chair, Robert Ace Barbers.

00:25In his speech yesterday in the Plenary of the House,

00:28Barbers criticized the spreading of lies by the so-called trolls

00:34to manipulate the public's opinion.

00:37He particularly targets the trolls, the squad committee,

00:40according to his statement.

00:42Barbers thinks that the so-called trolls seem to be paid from POGO and drug money,

00:47so it should be investigated.

00:50The ultimate goal of the trolls, Madam Speaker, is to create chaos.

00:55And disorder by showing false information, confusion, fear, and slander their subjects.

01:04We must not let them win.

01:06Law and order must be preserved to ensure peace and stability in our society.

01:11Meanwhile, in the name of maintaining peace and order,

01:15King of Partylist Representative Jude Asidre is now pushing

01:19the so-called Anti-Solicitation to Murder Act.

01:22In his proposal, Asidre wants to answer the people who are asking for help

01:27or ordering to kill a person.

01:30For now, he has no direct law to condemn the Hitman's solicitation as a crime.

01:36Although the year is coming to an end,

01:38the House of Representatives assured that they will pass different resolutions and amendments

01:43for the well-being of our countrymen.
