00:11According to a new report, rental growth in Dubai's residential property market outstripped
00:15that in London and Hong Kong during the first three months of 2014. In the 12 months to
00:21mid-March this year, home rents in Dubai were up an average of 16%, according to Night Frank,
00:27while London and Hong Kong saw dips of 2% and 6.3%, respectively.

00:37the UAE. That's according to an official. Forgery of educational certificates constituted
00:42around 40% of all documents fraud cases during the first half of this year, the Abu Dhabi
