00:11Dubai's property sales values have already seen a decline in growth rates in recent months
00:17and now it could be the turn of rentals to follow suit. According to Clutton's, the rise
00:22in rents within Dubai's freehold clusters was limited to 1.4% during the second quarter,
00:28compared with 1.5% in the first three months of the year.
