00:00More than 50 illegal Fogos employees were arrested in the entrapment operation in Panabocity, Davao del Norte.

00:15More than 50 foreign nationals and a Filipino were arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation or NBI in Davao City.
00:27He was arrested in the entrapment operation at 2 am on Friday, December 6 in a warehouse in Malitbog, Manay, Panabocity, Davao del Norte.
00:42The foreign nationals are made up of 55 Chinese nationals and 3 Malaysian nationals who were arrested by an illegal Filipino offshore gaming operator or FOGO.
00:57We received a reliable information from our main office in Manila that a certain Malaysian national in the person of Ruby Lim was abducted or kidnapped by a group of Chinese nationals and were being kept in Panabocity, a very big city.
01:23So this office conducted 3 days of a series of surveillance where we were able to locate the exact location of Ruby Lim.
01:34The NBI 11 added that the operation of those arrested in the alleged long scam has been going on for more than 4 months.
01:42They also believe that there are government officials behind the illegal operation of FOGO.
01:50The owner of the property is a Filipino and this FOGO operation is just for rent.
01:58The name of this FOGO is Jenshing International.
02:03We received initial information that there are government officials who are protecting this.
02:15The foreign nationals have already been put under inquest proceedings in the NBI 11 office.
