01:04It looks great. How did you learn how to make pizza? You know, pretty self-taught. I always loved pizza and I said, you know what, I can make it better. We make our own dough. We use King Arthur flour, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh belgioso mozzarella, fresh belgioso provolone.
01:24I love it. I didn't catch your name. Jackie. She said I've reviewed her place, which I don't remember. We're in Salem, downtown area, which is very touristy in the summer. She's had this place for a year. Third different location. So just getting bigger and bigger. I'm getting bigger and bigger. I love that. Good undercarriage here. Very sweet. Oh, yeah. 01:54Pizza 20% off. I was so distracted because the love from Jackie and her crew here. I already know this is made with such love. It's going to just blow my face off. So here we go. One bite. Everybody knows the rules. Great crunch.
02:11I can see why I loved it before. It's got a little bit of a fluffiness to it, but still has the crunch. You can tell all your ingredients. Super fresh, super well made. By the way, looks like they got kind of a full menu a little bit too, right? Yeah, we do pasta, homemade. I have homemade subs and sandwiches. We make our own breads every day. Soups, stews, salad dressings, everything. Our own chicken parm meatballs. It's all homemade.
02:39This is really good. I was nervous because what if I didn't love it because I really liked you and then I have to give it a score. But the pizza is excellent. Now, I don't know when I reviewed it the first time. An 8.5 is a wildly high score. I'm going to 8.1 on this, which is still a wildly high score. So amazing. I'll take it. Oh, it's a great score. And it's great pizza.
03:03And if you saw Jackie, I've said this a lot, even though the pizza lives up to it. A lot of times it's about the people, not just the pizza.
