00:03A company has been fined following a massive Derbyshire gas explosion which sent a worker flying through the air but left him miraculously unharmed.
00:12Elliot Kirk had been building a fence on a farm in Wessington near Alfredton when he was blown off his feet by the force of the blast.
00:19Incredible footage shows the contractor scrambling to safety after the mechanical post-knocker he was using struck an underground gas main.
00:27Fire crews and cadent engineers rushed to the scene to make the area safe as gas poured from the ruptured pipe leading to the evacuation of 30 homes.
00:36The health and safety executive said that the blast led to more than 2 million kilograms of gas being released putting homes nearby at risk of fire and explosion.
00:46Belper Skiphire Limited and Contractor Kirk have both now been fined for health and safety breaches at Derbyshire Magistrates Court.
00:53Belper Skiphire Limited pleaded guilty to breaching the Health and Safety at Work Act and was fined £26,000 and ordered to pay £3,000 in costs.

01:22Mikey Holt was heading home from training with his new Tupton Ivanhoe junior side when the mum of three began struggling to breathe at the wheel of her car.
01:30After Mikey rushed to her aid she is now recovering and looking forward to enjoying Christmas and beyond with her family.
01:36Both parties are too modest to discuss the incident in detail but Mikey said,
01:41I just did what I was trained to do and what anyone would do in that situation.
01:45Everyone should learn CPR, it really can save lives.
01:49The club is not quite so modest, rightly acknowledging Mikey's actions as praiseworthy and highlighting the importance of the training that he has received as part of his FA qualifications.
01:59The British Heart Foundation offers free online training for the life-saving CPR technique which takes just 15 minutes to complete.
