The Pahang palace will not issue any statement about a "royal addendum" purportedly issued by the 16th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, as submitted in the appeal application by former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and the affidavit of Datuk Mohamad Nizar Najib.

00:03I, as an advisor to the Pahang State Council,
00:06have addressed the Pahang Sultan, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Bin Lashah
00:12Ibn Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah,
00:15and I offer my condolences.
00:16In connection with the Titah Addendum in Agung District 16,
00:20which was presented by the blessed Datuk Seri Muhammad Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak
00:25in the High Court of Kuala Lumpur,
00:27and the affidavit of the blessed Datuk Muhammad Nizah bin Datuk Seri Muhammad Najib,
00:32his son to Datuk Seri Muhammad Najib,
00:34to support the request of Datuk Seri Muhammad Najib in the High Court,
00:39and on the advice of the esteemed Minister of Pahang,
00:44and me, as well as to respect the court proceedings,
00:48the Pahang State Council will not make any more statements about this matter
00:54because it may result in subjudice
00:57on the case of appeal that was brought before the Court of Appeal of Malaysia
01:01in Civil Appeal No. W01-M-456-07-2024,
01:09which was set for hearing on 6 January 2025,
01:13where the decision on the matter has not yet been made by the court.
