00:00The Armed Forces of the Philippines, AAP, thanks the Congress for the additional daily subsistence allowance for the soldiers under the proposed 2025 National Budget.
00:14From P150 per day, P350 was made to help uniformed personnel.
00:23It is also part of the government's recognition of the efforts and sacrifices of the soldiers for the country.
00:32On Wednesday, House Speaker Martin Romualdez videocalled AAP Chief of Staff Romeo Browner Jr.
00:40to deliver the good news, which pleased the AAP Chief and the House Leader that they are the top priority of the government.
00:49The Congress has already ratified the so-called BICAM Report of the 2025 Budget Proposal.
00:55And now, the formal inauguration of the President is just waiting for the law to be passed.
01:04I am kindly conveyed to the entire AAP, to our men and women in uniform, that as we committed, that the subsistence daily allowance from P150 to P350 has not only been affirmed but has been approved and is being signed right now and we will ratify the BICAM Report this afternoon.
