00:16Opened in the provincial capital of Laguna, in the town of Santa Cruz,
00:20is the annual Christmas display that has the theme of Winter Christmas Village this year.
00:25It is a colorful exhibit of a snow machine that changes the surroundings of the snow every 30 minutes.

00:44According to the government of the province of Laguna,
00:46this kind of celebration is important to bring light and happiness to each one as a message of hope.
