जम्मू – बाइसिकल मैन ऑफ इंडिया के नाम से मशहूर नीरज कुमार ने जम्मू कश्मीर में एचएडीपी की योजनाओं को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक साइकिल यात्रा शुरू की है। उन्होंने कहा कि ये यात्रा 1100 किलोमीटर लंबी है और ये यात्रा 11 दिसंबर से 23 दिसंबर तक चलेगी। इस यात्रा की अवधि के दौरान अगर किसी भी किसान ने एचएडीपी की किसी भी योजना के लिए आवेदन किया तो उसको तुरंत मंजूरी मिल जाएगी। उन्होंने किसानों से एचएडीपी में रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने के लिए किसानों से अपील भी की। इस दौरान डोडा जिले के हॉर्टिकल्चर अधिकारी भारत भूषण जी ने बताया कि आज के समय में हॉर्टिकल्चर को प्रमोट करने के लिए सरकार की कई योजनाएं चल रही हैं। नीरज कुमार जी को अलग-अलग ले जाकर हम किसानों के बीच अपने हॉर्टिकल्चर विभाग की योजनाओं का प्रमोशन करवाएंगे।
