00:25The rape took place in a cell in Basud, Camarines Norte last November.
00:32The victim is the niece of his wife. She is mentally incapacitated.
00:37They searched for the suspect for almost 4 months until he was arrested by the Antipolo Police.
00:44We found out his location through social media on Facebook.
00:48That's why we located him here in Antipolo City.
00:54When the suspect confessed, he recognized the victim, but he could have denied the rape.
