00:00Five people were jailed inside the house that was burned yesterday morning in Barangay San Roque, Votas City.

00:11Four of the victims were children.

00:14The victims were seen near the stairs.

00:17Signs that they tried to escape from the flames, but they couldn't because of the intensity of the flames.

00:24There was no way out because the house there was my brother's house, my cousin's house, and also my cousin's house.

00:38They were all tall houses made of stones.

00:41The only difference was that the kitchen was in the room in front of my nephew's room.

00:50That's why they couldn't escape.

00:53Two of the children were not the children of the other three who were jailed.

00:58But they were only able to sleep the night of the fire because the four children were friends.

01:04The fire started on the ground floor where the victims were seen.

01:09The house was made of light materials so the fire spread quickly.

01:14The neighbors also helped to put out the fire.

01:22The fire was reported to the first alarm that lasted for more than an hour.

01:27While in Pasig City this morning, the victim was trapped inside the house for 17 years.
