00:00I'm Grace Olsen and I do therapy work with people who are very ill and I have
00:07my helpers, my sheep and some horses and it's been an amazing year because I've
00:11also published a few books. Winter on a farm is really hard work, there are so
00:17many things that you have to think about so for example when there's loads of
00:21rain it can get completely soggy. We then have to think about extra feed so like
00:27today I've put some hay out for them because at this time of the year there
00:31isn't much nutrition in the grass. I really care about my animals being
00:35happy because they have therapy work to do so I feel that as a reward they
00:40should be happy. We do all sorts of agility things, I've got loads of things
00:45loads of sort of like games for them really to get their minds working. I
00:49released a book called The Farm which is all about my horsey life and my own
00:55personal journey and it's for a book for grown-ups and I also released a
00:59little children's fable type book called Merlin Finds His Magic. Because I had
01:04such a good reaction I decided well I'll write another children's book and it's
01:09called Galahad Finds His Voice and that's for people who feel a bit
01:14different. There are some people who are unusual and unique and they've got a
01:19different way about them so it's to help people especially children at school to
01:24realise actually you don't have to be the same as everybody else you're
01:27amazing as you are because Galahad my sheep he's not like any other sheep he's
01:33completely the most bizarre sheep he loves cuddles he loves he loves it when
01:37I sing to him. I've recently acquired a new lamb called Rubab who is a little
01:43monkey but he's so funny he's just so full of character so it's brought quite
01:48a lovely newness to the end of the year. Thank you for coming to my lovely farm
01:54again and I wish you and your flock a very Merry Christmas.
