Alberta clipper to bring snow and cold from the Northern Plains to the East Coast

After snow seeps across much of the northern U.S., frigid air will follow in its path, dropping temperatures for tens of millions of Americans.

00:01you'll certainly feel like the

00:03seasons at least Wednesday into

00:05Thursday night as this storm

00:07dives its way South and East,

00:09spreading snow anywhere from Southern

00:11Saskatchewan even Southern Manitoba

00:13down through the northern Midwest,

00:15even across the Great Lakes.

00:16Seeing that snow pile up here

00:19with blowing snow on tap as well.

00:21So overall,

00:22some pretty nasty stuff.

00:23Slow and slippery travel.

00:24How much are we talking about?

00:26The bulk of the snow falling

00:28there across Southern Canada.

00:30That's our 6 to 12 inch range.

00:32We could see upwards to that

00:34across far North North Dakota.

00:36Your Acculo local storm X as high as 15.

00:39Inches here in this dark stripe blue,

00:42though this medium blue we're

00:44anticipating about 3 to 6 inches

00:46anywhere across Central North Central

00:48Wisconsin Green Bays included Fargo's

00:50included in that three to six inch range.

00:53And as this storm barrels out of the

00:55North and out of the North and West,

00:58it's going to push that cold blast

01:00of their further South and East,

01:02and that cold air is going

01:04to surge pretty far South.

01:06We're talking the impacts fell

01:08across the Mid-Atlantic,

01:09even or the Mid-Atlantic,

01:10and also the Mid-South cold

01:12here by Friday evening.
