18:08In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
18:10I would like to ask you a question.
18:12If someone is not feeling well at night,
18:14and he is not able to pray Isha prayer,
18:16can he pray Hajj after that?
18:18Can he pray Hajj after that?
18:20Can he pray Hajj after that?
18:22Hmm. Okay.
18:24Is there any other question?
18:26Okay.
18:28Okay, sister.
18:30Your question will be included.
18:32I will take this question from Haji Sahab.
18:34Right now, I am taking the question of the content.
18:36Okay, tell me.
18:38Who is responsible for burying the deceased?
18:42First of all,
18:44if the deceased has left anything,
18:46then it is his right
18:48to be buried.
18:50He will be buried
18:52according to his expenses.
18:54First of all,
18:56he will be buried.
18:58If he has left anything, then it is his right.
19:00But here, I am taking the exception of a married woman.
19:02I will tell you why I am doing this.
19:04So,
19:06he will be buried.
19:08But if he has not left anything,
19:10then it is his right
19:12to be buried.
19:14He will be buried.
19:16He will be buried.
19:18Then,
19:20if he does not have anything,
19:22or if he does not have anything
19:24according to the Shariah,
19:26then it is his right to be buried.
19:28In this case,
19:30it is referred to Baitul Maal.
19:32In our system, there is no Baitul Maal.
19:34So, it is said that
19:36he should arrange for his burial.
19:38It is said that the shroud
19:40is for this stage.
19:42So, all these common Muslims
19:44who are aware of his death,
19:46should arrange for it.
19:48If a few people want to do it,
19:50then it becomes their responsibility.
19:52The problem of a married woman is that
19:54if her husband is alive
19:56after her death,
19:58and there is no such thing
20:00because of which
20:02her husband is responsible
20:04for her burial.
20:06The husband will give her the shroud
20:08and she will be buried.
20:10And if it is the opposite,
20:12like a woman is rich
20:14and her husband is dead,
20:16then it is not the wife's responsibility
20:18to give the shroud to her husband.
20:20So, this is a little different.
20:22The problem of a woman should be kept in mind.
20:24So, in reference to the total responsibility
20:26of giving the shroud,
20:28this is the summary of the Shariah.
20:30I will come to you.
20:32What is the method of giving the shroud?
20:34Please tell us.
20:36As the details of the shroud have been mentioned,
20:38for a man,
20:40there are three types of clothes,
20:42which are a scarf, a scarf and a shirt.
20:44For a woman, there are five types,
20:46which are a scarf, a scarf and a shirt.
20:48The fourth type is a chest cover and a veil.
20:50The order of keeping them
20:52is that
20:54when you start washing the body,
20:56before that,
20:58you have to wash the body
21:00three, five or seven times.
21:02And then,
21:04after washing the body,
21:06you have to place the shroud
21:08on the bed,
21:10in this order.
21:12For a man,
21:14he will first place the big cover,
21:16then the scarf,
21:18then the lower part of the shirt,
21:20half of it,
21:22and the other half
21:24will be turned towards the head.
21:26And for a woman,
21:28she will first place the chest cover,
21:30then the cover,
21:32or it can also be said that
21:34the chest cover will be placed on the cover,
21:36then the scarf,
21:38and before the shirt,
21:40she will place the veil.
21:42The half of the veil will be placed
21:44behind the back,
21:46and the other half will be turned towards the head.
21:48Then the shirt will be placed in this order.
21:50After washing the body,
21:52you have to gently
21:54place the shroud
21:56on the bed,
21:58in this order.
22:00And then,
22:02place the neck of the shirt
22:04on the body,
22:06and spread it to the legs.
22:08And then,
22:10gently remove the veil.
22:12And if the body is of a man,
22:14then the scarf will be placed on it.
22:16For a man,
22:18it can be used,
22:20for a woman,
22:22it can be used even after death.
22:24And for a woman,
22:26it can be used,
22:28for a man,
22:30it can be used even after death.
22:32And then,
22:34the shroud will be placed on the body,
22:36in this order.
22:38If the body is of a woman,
22:40then the veil will be placed,
22:42and then the scarf will be placed.
22:44In this order,
22:46the back cover,
22:48and the front cover will be placed.
22:50And then, a straight back cover,
22:52it should be straight up.
22:54And then,
22:56the shroud will be closed,
22:58and then three pillows,
23:00it will be better if three pillows are placed,
23:02on the head.
23:04When the shroud will be placed,
23:06first place three pillows,
23:08on the head,
23:10and in the middle.
23:12And then, it should be placed on the legs as well,
23:14and on the head as well.
23:16And it should be placed on the hands,
23:18But for that person, whether he is young or old, whether he is an adult, a woman or a man,
23:24if a child was dead at the time of birth, then this Sunnah shroud will not be given to him.
23:30He will be wrapped in such a cloth and buried.
23:33Then there may be a situation where the grave opens and there is a dead body in it without a shroud.
23:39So if the body is safe for him, then he will be given the shroud of Masnoom.
23:44And if his body is not safe, then he will be wrapped in such a cloth and buried.
23:49Allah is the greatest. May Allah grant us all the end of faith and ease of burial.
23:55Sir, I am listening to you.
23:57And whose responsibility is it to give the shroud?
24:00And would you like to guide us in this regard?
24:04The discussion is almost over.
24:06Before the chorus?
24:07Yes.
24:08The sister asks that the four Sunnahs of Asr and the four Sunnahs of Isha
24:13If someone does not read them, then what will be the command of Indus Sharas?
24:17And if someone has never read these four Sunnahs of Isha and Asr, then what will be his sin?
24:23The four Sunnahs of Asr and the four Sunnahs of Isha are non-muhakkadah.
24:32They are included in the non-muhakkadah Sunnah.
24:35The fundamental difference between the non-muhakkadah Sunnah and the muhakkadah Sunnah is
24:39The non-muhakkadah Sunnah is the Sunnah on which the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH has always adopted.
24:46That is, it has always been adopted.
24:48And sometimes it has been abandoned.
24:51They are called the non-muhakkadah Sunnah.
24:54The non-muhakkadah Sunnah is the Sunnah on which the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH has never acted.
25:02The non-muhakkadah Sunnah is the Sunnah on which the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH has never acted.
25:10As I have said before, the Sunnah is not proven by one or two actions.
25:17There is a need for multiple Sunnahs.
25:20The actions of the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH are called the non-muhakkadah Sunnah.
25:25These are the actions that the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH has said many times.
25:28The actions of the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH are called the non-muhakkadah Sunnah.
25:35The non-muhakkadah Sunnah is the Sunnah on which the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH has never acted.
25:43But if someone abandons the non-muhakkadah Sunnah, he will not be punished.
25:50Thank you very much.
25:52At this time, I am taking a break.
25:54May Allah protect us all.
25:56In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
25:59Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
26:01All of you are doing well in your religion.
26:04We are talking about the commandments of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
26:07Your calls have also been included.
26:09There are many scholars present.
26:11Our Mufti is present to guide us.
26:14I am listening to you.
26:16You were guiding us on the questions of the caller.
26:19You have answered one question.
26:22I have another question.
26:24If someone is not feeling well at night,
26:29or if it is cold,
26:33and he is not able to pray,
26:35he should get up at dawn and pray.
26:38Does the time for tahajjud remain after that?
26:41What will be the command of tahajjud?
26:43Let me complete the previous question.
26:45I was talking about the non-muhakkadah Sunnah.
26:48The command of the non-muhakkadah Sunnah is
26:51that if you follow the Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah,
26:54you will be rewarded.
26:56This is the blessed way of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
26:58If you do not follow the Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah,
27:01then the Shariah has given us permission.
27:04There is no sin on that.
27:06If you do not follow the Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah,
27:09even for the rest of your life,
27:11there is no sin on that.
27:14However, I will urge you to follow the Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah.
27:18The Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah is the Sunnah.
27:21The Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah is the Sunnah.
27:24There is no sin on that.
27:26However, the Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah is the Sunnah.
27:29It is the way of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
27:32And the way of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH
27:34is blessed and good.
27:36So, if you do not follow the Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah,
27:39you will be deprived of the reward.
27:41If you are deprived of the reward,
27:43then everyone needs the reward.
27:46Everyone needs the pleasure of Allah.
27:49Everyone needs the reward.
27:52There is no one who is deprived of the reward,
27:55who is deprived of Allah's goodness and blessings.
27:58There is no one who is deprived.
28:00No matter how great he is.
28:03Therefore, we should try not to leave the Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah.
28:09And if someone leaves the Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah
28:12due to some compulsion,
28:14then you should read it.
28:16You have time.
28:18If you are offering Salah,
28:20if you are holding your mobile phone even before Salah,
28:22and even after Salah,
28:24then you should read the Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah.
28:26Why are you deprived of the reward of the Sunnah of the non-muhakkadah?
28:29If there is some compulsion, then it is fine.
28:31The Shariah did not make it compulsory.
28:33But, if there is no compulsion,
28:35then do not be deprived of the reward.
28:37It is like when we expect some benefit from the world,
28:41even though it is not from our obligations,
28:45it is not necessary,
28:47but it is a benefit, a profit.
28:49So, we are inclined towards it.
28:51So, we try to get this benefit.
28:56And you see,
28:58people's inclination to get benefit is to such an extent
29:02that when there are shows on the media,
29:04when things are being distributed,
29:06how people try to get those things,
29:08this is their intention,
29:10their desire to get that benefit.
29:12Now, whether their method is correct or not,
29:14this is a different aspect,
29:16I am not going into that.
29:18But, what is the desire in them
29:20to get benefit, to get benefit,
29:22to take benefit, to take profit.
29:24So, you see,
29:26the way there is a desire for benefit in the world,
29:29then in the matter of the hereafter,
29:31we should have more of this desire.
29:33The hereafter is our eternal life,
29:35the thing we want to get benefit from there,
29:37the pleasure there,
29:39the ease there,
29:41we should do more of that.
29:43And then, the second demand of love is also that
29:45when a person loves someone,
29:47then he adopts his method.
29:49I am talking about the method.
29:51So, the blessed method of Huzoor,
29:53which is called Sunnah,
29:55whether it is Muwakkadah or non-Muwakkadah,
29:57when it is Sunnah,
29:59then we should follow Sunnah.
30:01We are commanded to follow Sunnah.
30:03And the spiritual progress
30:05that is achieved by following Sunnah
30:07is not achieved by any other thing.
30:09In the case of Sufis,
30:11here also,
30:13a lot of emphasis has been given
30:15on following Sunnah.
30:17One is Zikr-e-Ilahi,
30:19the other is following Sunnah.
30:21These are two things,
30:23without them,
30:25there is no Allah,
30:27there is no Allah.
30:29The ranks that are established,
30:31the path that leads to Allah,
30:33I remember the statement of
30:35Sayyidat Afa Junaid Baghdadi,
30:37he said,
30:39all the paths that lead to Allah
30:41are closed,
30:43except the path of the one
30:45who follows the path of
30:47Sayyiduna Rasool Allah.
30:49So, all the Turks are bound
30:51to all the people.
30:53The same path is established,
30:55the same path is open,
30:57the same straight path is Sunnah.
30:59So, we should adopt
31:01the blessed path of Sunnah,
31:03whether it is related to worship
31:05or related to affairs.
31:07Whether it is related to our daily life,
31:09to our market,
31:11to our house,
31:13to our worship place,
31:15we should give importance
31:17to Sunnah in everything.
31:19Sunnah is Sunnah anyway,
31:21and Sunnah is superior
31:23to everything else.
31:25Sunnah is superior to everything else.
31:27If it is the right way
31:29in its place, then it is right.
31:31But the Sunnah,
31:33the way of Prophet Muhammad
31:35is the leader of all the ways.
31:37It is the way of Prophet Muhammad
31:39above all other ways.
31:41I am using the word Sunnah again
31:43and again because
31:45there are some actions
31:47of His Divine Eminence
31:49which are according to
31:51the rank and status of Prophet Muhammad.
31:53They are not Sunnah,
31:55I am using the word Sunnah again
31:57and again because
31:59Sunnah is the way of religion.
32:01Sunnah is the way of religion
32:03which Prophet Muhammad
32:05has said many times
32:07and which is the guide
32:09and role model for us.
32:11We should give importance
32:13to Sunnah and should not
32:15leave it for no reason.
32:17But if someone does not
32:19adopt the Sunnah,
32:21because he is not a sinner,
32:23we should not say bad about him.
32:25We should try to read it
32:27and if someone does not read it,
32:29we should not say bad about him.
32:31We should not be strict on him.
32:33Unless he is our follower
32:35and we are his disciples.
32:37We can be strict on him.
32:39We can be strict on our teachers,
32:41parents, children,
32:43elders, disciples.
32:45If you want to educate,
32:47you can be strict on
32:49certain things
32:51which is Sunnah.
32:53We should not leave Sunnah
32:55for no reason.
