00:00Today we are trying a full English breakfast. I'm an American, this is my
00:04first time in the UK and we're here in Swindon at the Blues Cafe. Let's go get
00:07something yummy.
00:12Before I do this food review, if there's anywhere else in the UK you want me to
00:16try, make sure you drop it in the comment section and give me a follow right now.
00:19Okay the first thing we're gonna try is the black pudding.
00:30Okay, not my absolute favorite by any means. It's not bad, but I feel like it's
00:49just like, I don't know, it's just not my favorite. Five out of ten. Maybe if I had
00:55a better one, maybe this isn't the right one.
01:00I like the flavor of it. I think it just may be a consistency thing that I'm not
01:13a big fan of, but I would eat it again. Just probably not my favorite thing on the
01:17plate. And then let's try one of the...
01:21Mmm, that's tasty. But something I've learned here is that this brown sauce needs to just go all over.
01:35It's just gonna go all over. And then something else that I've learned is that
01:40we need to scoop these puppies on here.
01:51Mmm, I did not know how I was gonna like beans and toast, but this is delicious.
02:17The flavor pairing is really good on that. I really enjoy that. Okay, let's try
02:23your guys... Is this their bacon? I'm just gonna... I'm sorry, don't yell at me for
02:29using my hands.
02:36That's a big difference.
02:39Okay, this is a lot different than the U.S., but I really like this one. I won't say I
02:52like it better than my U.S. bacon. I like the crispy bacon at home, but this has a lot
02:57of really good flavor. Dipping it in the egg yolk, that might be a crime over here, but
03:05man, I love... I don't know if it's a sin over here, but I love combining different
03:14things on the plate. The eggs and the sausage are good. Mushrooms and the brown sauce. I'm
03:34gonna put some of this tomato on top of this. That's really good. I really like this meal.
03:50It's very homey. It's like a comfort meal, I would say, and I can see why you guys love
03:55this meal. Tons of good flavor. Tons of good variants, too. The eggs and the sausage and
04:02the beans and toast. The beans and toast might be my favorite part of this entire thing,
04:05and I think my next evolution will be adding cheese on top of that, but for this English
04:11breakfast, I'm gonna give it an 8.3. The black pudding, not a huge fan of, 5 out of 10 on
04:20that, but maybe there's a better one out there that I need to try, but I'm willing to try
04:24anything, so if you got a recommendation, please drop it below.
