00:00The Philippine Ports Authority does not see any passenger congestion in the ports.
00:05According to PPA General Manager Jey Santiago,
00:08the port terminals are closely monitoring the shipping lines for the schedule of shipments.
00:15The PPA is also prepared for the possible bad weather that may affect the shipments.
00:21The official has also reminded the public to be alert against scammers,
00:27especially those who offer travel insurance that is not mandatory to travel,
00:33and to avoid the transportation of prohibited goods such as stolen goods, alcohol, and flammable materials.
00:41According to the PPA, the number of passengers who will travel this holiday season is expected to reach 4.5 million,
00:49particularly from December 22 to January 3.
