00:09It is important for Camp John Hay Golf Club to apply the decision of the Supreme Court

00:15in the presence of the Camp John Hay Development Corporation

00:18in the presence of the Law Tech and Sanctuary Basis Conversion Development Authority.

00:29First of all, it is the lawyer of Camp John Hay Golf Club who will direct

00:35the independent relationship between the BCDA and CGH DEVCO.

00:42It is one of the reasons why the Writ of Execution and Notice to Vacate

00:47was approved by the Supreme Court in favor of the BCDA against CGH DEVCO.

00:53Under the SEC Registration, which will operate until 2047,

00:58the BCDA approved the agreement.

01:01Once the arbitration proceedings of the Golf Club are completed,

01:04CGH DEVCO will report it to the BCDA,

01:08who will then ask the arbitral tribunal to approve the Writ of Execution and Notice to Vacate.

01:18There appears to be a plan to take over the Camp John Hay Golf Course

01:27just like what they did in the year 2015.

01:30When the decision of the Regional Trial Court was being implemented,

01:35the sheriffs came and served a notice to the Golf Club,

01:38including the members, that they are taking over.

01:42So we are expecting this, and before that happens, we also have a right to protect.

01:48The club has a right to protect on its own.

01:52The Regional Trial Court, which is also known as the Pre-Trial Conference,

01:56is now in the first row.

01:58The Golf Club has not yet been opened,

02:00and the BCDA Development Master Plan has been approved.

02:06Because we're not part of the original case,

02:09but a Notice to Vacate was served on the Golf Club in 2015.

02:15But right now, BCDA is not yet physically or forcibly evicting the Golf Club,
