00:00There are 6,000 foreigners who used to work for the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators, or POGO,
00:06who are expected to leave the country before December ends.
00:10According to the Europe Immigration Spokesperson, Dana Sandoval,
00:14there is no extension.
00:15They will remain in the country until January ends.
00:18They are automatically blacklisted if they will not leave the Philippines.
00:24According to the BI, out of the 33,000 foreigners who worked for POGO,
00:2821,000 of them downgraded their visas,
00:31and many of them left the Philippines
00:34so that some of them can have a family in the Philippines.
00:38They will be allowed to return to the country
00:40as long as they have their documents and comply with the proper process.
00:48To come back to the Philippines, just like that,
00:49they have a wife and children here in the Philippines.
00:53They should comply with the regulations.
00:57They should go out of the country as part of the downgrading in order to leave.
01:02And they may return if they have a legitimate reason to return to the Philippines.
01:09Because if they don't leave, if they don't comply with the regulations,
01:14they will be blacklisted, meaning they will be prevented from re-entering the Philippines.
