00:04the Peruvian flood that swept the shoreline in some parts of Southern Luzon and Bicol Region.

00:09Some barangays in Camarines Sur were isolated while a town in Oriental Mindoro was a state of calamity.

00:20If it's Christmas Eve, it's full of heavy rain in the Gallego of Camarines Sur.

00:26Two large spillways were submerged in the flood,

00:28which is why five barangays were isolated.

00:30According to the forecast,

00:32the rainfall in some parts of Bicol Region is due to the shoreline or the collision of hot and cold winds.

00:41The rainfall in Southern Luzon was also due to the shoreline.

00:50A rope was used to rescue the residents in a barangay.

01:16Baco State of Calamity was also affected due to the heavy flooding.

01:23If it continues to rain, the flood might reach the new year.

01:34the most affected areas are Matanay and Tulog.

01:45for those who were trapped in the almost 4-acre flood in Cadiz Negros Occidental.

01:52According to the latest weather advisory of Pagasa,

01:54it is possible that the shear line of heavy to intense rains in Aurora,

01:58Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catantuanes will continue tomorrow.

02:02Moderate to heavy rains are also possible in Metro Manila,

02:05Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Albay, Sorsocon,

02:11Masbate, Marinduque, Romblon, Oriental Mindoro, and Northern Samar.
