बेंगलुरु में अतुल सुभाष (Atul Subhash) नाम के एक युवक की आत्म हत्या की घटना के बाद से पुरुष विरोधी न्यायिक सिस्टम पर बहस छिड़ी हुई है। यह बात उठ रही है कि कैसे महिलाएं कानून का दुरुपयोग करके पतियों को फर्जी केस में फंसाती हैं और उनसे अवैध वसूली करती हैं। इस केस में जौनपुर की फैमिली कोर्ट की जज रीता कौशिक का भी नाम आया, जिन्होंने केस सैटल कराने के नाम पर 5 लाख रुपये घूस मांगी थी। लेकिन समस्या इससे कहीं बढ़कर है। इसे स्त्री बनाम पुरुष (Male vs Female) का मामला समझना भूल होगी। वास्तव में वामपंथी नीति-नियंता यही चाहते हैं।
