00:00All right, so here we go. We got all these, you know, most bet teams to win the Super Bowl.
00:08Where are we at along those lines? Well, I only wanted to show you this for one reason,
00:12because I thought it was funny and you'd get a good laugh. Of the top 10 teams most bet to win
00:18the Super Bowl, there they all are. Lions, of course, 15%. Only one has the big X next to them,
00:25as in they're eliminated and they won't be winning the Super Bowl. And that's the 49ers,
00:30who had 5.3% of the bets to win the Super Bowl. You could cross them off the list.
00:36They are on the naughty list. They're out, done, finished, kaput. What a shame.
00:41I'll tell you what, the Eagles to me at that number is just insanity. The fact that they
00:49only have 6% of the bets is pathetic, because they're a dangerous football team that can win
00:59and go to the NFC Championship game. And everyone's favorite darling is the Lions,
01:03who have, you know, they've spit the, you know, acorn out in terms of, you know, all the injuries
01:13and they're, you know, they're unbeatable and all this other stuff. So we saw them lose,
01:18and now they got all these injuries. Let's see them win it against Philly. Now,
01:22I know they got that Ford Field going for them, but, you know, I saw Baker Mayfield go in there
01:28last year. He had the ball, but a chance to win the game at the end, and he threw a pick and blew
01:33it. They could have won that game. And then they made it to the NFC Championship, but they vomited
01:38all over their bib and they were up 20-43 and they lost with their crazy coach who goes for it on
01:45fourth down every time. And in the playoffs, good teams are going to shut down fourth downs.
01:50That's just all there is to it. So I don't think anyone knows who's playing in the Super Bowl.
01:55I heard Lions and Bills a thousand times on this network. I've seen Lions and Bills on ESPN a
02:01thousand times, and I'll believe it when I see it. It's amazing to me, I hate to say it, that,
02:08you know, the Bills and, frankly, the Ravens, I'll say the Steelers. I don't think the Steelers are
02:16going now at all to the Super Bowl, but they all get mentioned above the Chiefs who are 14-1,
02:23and they won two Super Bowls in a row. And the people are hanging their hats on that no team
02:28has ever won three in a row. That's what they're hanging their hats on. Well, dying ain't much of
02:32a living, boy. It's a tough way to make a living, betting against them, the same as tomorrow against
02:38the Steelers. And then in the playoffs, they're going to play all their games at Arrowhead.
02:41They're not losing. And you know what? They own the Bills in the postseason. I mean, they are their
02:47kryptonite. That's just all there is to it. Yeah, I would not be hanging my hat on just,
02:54well, nobody's won three in a row. I think that they are, as you know, I'm very dangerous
03:01seeing them down the line, staring me in the face, hopefully another AFC championship game.
03:06Let's get to week 17. It starts tomorrow on a Wednesday. Are you kidding me? Why? Because it's
03:11Christmas Day, and the NFL has to make sure that they are wedging in on the Christmas action,
03:18even though it's a day of the week that they usually are not a part of. But the place the
03:22Steelers play is where we will start. The Chiefs and the Steelers, as we do every week here on
03:29Coast to Coast, before a Steeler game, Mike Tomlin's weekly words of wisdom. There's a reason
03:34why they're pursuing their third straight championship. You see it when you watch their
03:38video. And then I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how solid and competitive they are in special
03:44teams. This is a three-phase outfit, and that's why they're 14 and 1. They've been in a lot of
03:51close ball games, but good teams find a way to win those games, and they've done so really
03:56consistently. And I just think it reflects who they are. And so we're working on a short week,
04:01but we're working with an edge. We're honored and excited about competing on Christmas and being a
04:07part of that. But we're also excited about being in a big game against a really good team in our
04:13home venue and getting back to the business. And obviously our business is winning, and so that's
04:18where our focus is in terms of preparing ourselves and positioning ourselves to do that on Wednesday.
04:23So what happens if they beat them? Do they win the North?
04:28Well, no, they would not win the North straight away. Now, if the Ravens lost, I would have to go
04:34and check all those calculations. I don't think they would officially clinch it, but that would
04:39mean a win over the Bengals would absolutely clinch the North for them. So if they won tomorrow
04:46and the Ravens lost, you would have yourself pretty much all the way there
04:52in terms of clinching that division. Now, last year, I know it was a long time ago,
04:58but try to remember, the Chiefs played on Christmas Day last year against the Raiders at home,
05:04and they laid a massive egg. They lost at home to the Raiders on Christmas Day last year.
05:09So it is possible for them to do that. Now, of course, they never lost again after that
05:13and went on to win the Super Bowl. Mahomes does not want to put on a bad performance two Christmases
05:18in a row. Not just a loss. That was a pretty embarrassing loss, and you know everybody was
05:22watching this Christmas Day, and so obviously it sparked us to win the Super Bowl. So it ended up
05:27working out, but you want to make sure that you go out there and put up a better performance
05:32for everybody to see. I want to see them lose, and I want to see them lose to anyone in the
05:39playoffs. I do not want to talk about them again for two weeks at the end of the NFL season leading
05:46up to the Super Bowl. I just cannot do it again. Honestly, I am going to go crazy. I am going to
05:53end up in a rubber room. If I have to talk about them again every year they are in the Super Bowl,
05:57I am sick and tired of it. Give me anyone, but I do not even care who it is.
06:05Yeah, that would be nice, and hopefully, I would not mind if they lost two Christmases in a row
06:10either. Just not do the same thing they did last year and spur them on a run to winning the Super
06:15Bowl down to minus two and a half. So it was three, I think, yesterday when I spoke with you.
06:20Minus two and a half for the Chiefs at the place the Steelers play. Total is 43 and a half.
06:29God, I just am scared to death of them. Like, betting against this guy is crazy. Give me the
06:35Chiefs. I hope the Steelers win and cover. I pray to God they do. I will eat it. I will eat the hoagie
06:41without a doubt with jalapenos on it. The reality here is you do not bet against this guy.
06:48I know they do not cover all the time. They covered last week against Houston. Now that
06:56they are sniffing the one seed and home field throughout, I think they are playing better than
07:04ever. I think they will beat the Steelers. I hope it does not happen. I pray to God it does not happen.
07:10I have a problem. I like to go after the Chiefs. I do not know why I do it to myself. It is such
07:18bad business. They usually end up getting me at the end of the day. But I am going to do it again
07:24tomorrow. Steeler pride on Christmas Day at the place the Steelers play, giving the Chiefs their
07:33second loss of the season. You will be re-energized in your faith of the Pittsburgh Steelers after
07:40these past two weeks where they have lost and they have got you down a little bit. You will
07:45be re-energized after they beat Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs on Wednesday afternoon,
07:50Christmas Day, at the place the Steelers play. Will they beat the Bengals in the last game
07:54that I go to? Yes, because no matter what if they win tomorrow, no matter what the Ravens do,
08:01they will have a chance to win the North with that game against the Bengals. So if they win
08:06tomorrow, they can win the North the next week, no matter what. So yes, I do believe that you will
08:13see a big-time performance from them. And I will tell you, we did this going into the break last
08:17segment, if they are a wild card, they will not have a home game that weekend. They only get a
08:23home game if they win the division, because now in the new format, three division winners host
08:28wild card weekend, three wild cards go on the road. So you would have to either take a trip to
08:34Houston or let's say Baltimore, one of those places where you might go, as opposed to going
08:42to the place the Steelers play. So that's going to be in your plans for that wild card weekend,
08:46if you don't win the division. I'm screwed. I mean, I bought plane tickets, hotel. And the worst
08:53part is, you know, I'm staying, they will start Willie Penn. I got it all planned out. And now
08:58you're telling me I'm going on the road. He mad at me of it all. What am I going to do? The worst
09:03part will be is Reno. They won't even, they won't even give you the ticket money back. They'll just
09:09roll it into next year. They'll be like, they don't even give you the ticket money. All right.
09:14We're still talking a pain day because there's another game as well tomorrow at four 30 on
09:18Christmas day. It's the Texans and the Ravens in the charm city at the bank.
09:25It certainly is. And obviously the biggest job for the Texans and their defense is going to be
09:31stopping Lamar Jackson. That is not an easy job. Here's what D'Amico Ryans has to say about that.
09:37Really good football. I think Lamar is playing some of the best football he's played. Like he's
09:43definitely jumps off the tape is the best player I've seen this year. Talk about MVP. He's,
09:48he's definitely the MVP in my mind, just for what he's doing. Not only run game wise, but
09:54throwing the football, the accuracy, the decision-making like he's playing
09:59unbelievable ball right now. So it's going to be a really tough challenge for us this week.
10:03It's amazing to me how Josh Allen had the MVP already delivered to his mantle above his
10:10fireplace. And now suddenly in a matter of two weeks, he's not going to win the MVP.
10:16It's over. Everybody made sure on, on all these places to stop that. That wasn't allowed. He hasn't
10:22won any. No, that's a hard no from everybody. As soon as they did that after the lion game,
10:28all the MVPs over, everyone said, no, it's not. What are you talking about? Lamar, Lamar's got
10:33better numbers. You know, Allen had better Lamar. I mean, Allen had better numbers than Lamar last
10:39year, but Lamar won. So this year Lamar has got some better numbers than Allen, but
10:44Allen can't win. That's not allowed. So it's Lamar. He's going to win. Done deal. Just go get it now.
10:51Allen's not allowed to win. You know, he don't have Derek Henry. He don't have Flowers. He don't
10:57have Andrew. He don't have all these guys, but he's not allowed to win. He actually, you know,
11:06he hasn't won that many playoff games, period. He's won a couple. He hasn't won as many as Josh
11:12Allen has. Josh Allen's won a lot more playoff games than Lamar Jack. I know that neither.
11:17Here's the bottom line though, for anyone who wants to cry about that too,
11:21neither of them beat the Chiefs in the playoffs. So neither of them do. So it doesn't matter. Allen
11:27might've won a few more than Lamar. Neither of them have gotten the job done. Neither of them
11:31have been to a Superbowl. So you can just count, you know, slash all that as far as you want.
11:37Allen's the MVP in the NFL this year. He got a completely different team.
11:41You got to have Derek Henry. He doesn't have all either. Allen is the MVP, but they shut that down
11:46fast. So now Lamar's the MVP. Here's the other thing Lamar's not going to do, Scotty. He ain't
11:52got Miss Beyonce. Did you know Beyonce's playing at halftime of that second game between the Ravens
11:57and the Texans? And you know, Lamar, you know, he don't care what the coaches or anyone else thinks.
12:02He's going to go outside. He's going to check out the show.
12:05Beyonce to the left.
12:10A little disappointing that she's performing at a halftime show that you can't watch?
12:14Nah, because I'm going to go out there and watch.
12:18I'm going to go out there and watch, man. My first time seeing Beyonce perform
12:21and it's at our game. That's dope. I'm going to go out and watch. Sorry, Hawa. Sorry. Sorry, fellas.
12:29Nah, man. I'm not even thinking about the lead. I was just thinking about just seeing
12:31Beyonce for the first time. Not saying it like that. No disrespect. No. I know how people can
12:36take things. Pause. So she's smoking hot and I would watch as well, especially when you're the
12:46MVP of the league and going to win it again because the whole thing is rigged.
12:51So you deserve to not listen to your coaches and go do whatever you want. You run the team anyway.
12:56Yeah, that seems to be what it comes down to. They are five and a half point favorites on the
13:01road in Houston. Forty six and a half is the total. Right. So I thought it was in Baltimore.
13:08No, in Houston, they're five and a half point favorites on the road for the Ravens. They're
13:13favored by that much. Is that too much for them on the road here in Houston? Wow. I thought it
13:19was in Baltimore. I thought they played every game in Baltimore. So, you know,
13:25that changes everything. I'll take the points in Houston.
13:30Why not? Let's go. Let's take the Texans tomorrow. Let's root for the Texans over the Ravens in the
13:37late game. I know you're going to be rooting for them no matter what, which is, of course,
13:44very understandable. Two games tomorrow. So that means two games worth of toddies. How about that?
13:52Let's go. What do you got for me there? They got the Raven Texan game there first. So we'll
13:56do that one first. I will take Lamar with the first touchdown at eleven to one in that one.
14:02Play him as the any time to Christmas Day. He's probably going to go solidify that MVP that he's
14:07already won. Nico Collins, plus a buck thirty for the Texans and Mark Andrews, plus a buck sixty
14:13for the Ravens. And as far as the Steelers and the Chiefs go with the first toddies,
14:20Jalen Warren, I'm taking a shot. Jalen Warren, fourteen to one to score the first toddy
14:25at the place the Steelers play on Christmas Day. Pickens is back, plus one forty for him.
14:32And Hollywood Brown returned for the Chiefs last week. I watched a little bit. You know,
14:35he he got a lot of targets. He got a lot of burn. That's a big number for a guy that was getting a
14:42lot of throws from Patrick Holmes last week. I'm going to take my shot with Hollywood Brown
14:46scoring as well for Kansas City. And what's the kid's name? The other receiver. I'm having a
14:52brain freeze right now. Their draft pick. That's so good. He's been scoring a touchdown every
14:57single week for for which for Kansas City for the trip. And I would have to see there's a bit
15:07they've had. They spread it around so much. There's nobody who really about. I mean, this kid's been
15:12incredible. They're worthy, worthy, worthy, worthy, worthy. I like I like worthy to score.
15:20I like I like Friar Muth to score again. He's been hitting for you left and right.
15:28Yeah. And then for and for the Ravens, I like I like your boy, Zay Flowers to score.
15:40And why not King Henry and Andrews? I think they'll score. I think that'll be a wild game
15:46in Houston. Thank God it's in Houston. I thought it was in the bank. Plus 250 for worthy. Beyonce
15:53wouldn't want to perform in Baltimore. No, outside too cold. Plus 370 for Friar Muth.
16:00So plus 370 big number for the Friar. And we'll see if he can get in there. So some
16:06toddies for Christmas Day.
