00:00They said that the Christmas of some of our countrymen in Southern Luzon and Bicol Region was delayed due to the lack of brotherhood.

01:38According to Pagasa, the rain was caused by the shear line or the presence of wind and easterly winds.

01:52The Office of Civil Defense warned the residents, especially those near Vulcan Mayon.
