00:0044 barangays were submerged in flood water from Siam Na Munisipyo in Camarinesur

00:07because of the rain that fell on the shoreline yesterday.

00:16The weather is good here in the province of Albay and other places in Cabigolan today.

00:22But yesterday and last Christmas Eve,

00:25there was heavy rain that caused flooding and landslides in other parts of the province because of the shoreline.

00:32According to the OCDB call,

00:3445 families or 439 individuals were displaced in the province of Camarinesur

00:41because of the landslides and flooding.

00:43As of now, 44 barangays in Siam Na Munisipyo are still submerged in flood water.

00:48Two landslides were also recorded by the OCDB call in the province of Camarinesur,

00:54one in the town of Tinampak and one in the town of Balatan.

00:57There are also roads that cannot be passed because of the flooding in the province of Camarinesur.

01:02Meanwhile, the traffic situation returned to one-lane traffic

01:06in three sections of the road in Andaya Highway,

01:09which includes the town of Lupi in Camarinesur,

01:11after being damaged by the continuous heavy rain that fell yesterday.

01:16According to the DPWHB call,

01:19the road sections of Barangay Kamutagan and Barangay Bulawan in the town of Lupi

01:26and Barangay Poblacion Iraya in the town of Ragay continue to be damaged.

01:29The so-called damaged roads are the main roads of vehicles

01:33that connect Metro Manila to Bicol Region, Visayas and Mindanao.

01:38According to PNP Bicol Director Police Brigadier General Andre P. Dizon,

01:43they are already helping DPWHB Call to improve the traffic,

01:48especially for vacationers who are approaching the new year.

01:52In Andaya, more than 200 PNP personnel were deployed to ensure proper traffic in the area.

01:59According to the PNP Bicol report,

02:01one person died in the town of Dayet after drowning in the sea while celebrating Christmas.
