00:32In the Price Monitoring Casino Department of Agriculture,
00:35the price of each kilo of tomatoes has increased from P200 to P360 pesos.
00:40While the price of chilies is P600 to P1,000.
00:46According to the Agriculture Department,
00:49there was a shortage in the supply of tomatoes.
00:51The inventory of chilies also decreased
00:53due to the frequent floods in the regions of Cagayan, Bicol, and Calabarzon.
00:59But it is expected that the prices will return to normal once the new agricultural products enter the market.

03:45According to the DA, nutrient rice has a lot of vitamins,

03:50which can only be bought at a cheap price.
03:52The DA's goal is to roll this out to the 24 provinces of Pangulo Sites,
03:57and MRT and LRT.
03:59The DA's next target is to reach the programs in the provinces,
04:03such as Ambulakan, Rizal, Pampanga, Cavite, and Laguna in February or March.
04:09The agency also plans to add Kadiwak Kiyos to the main public market nationwide.
04:14For now, Kiyos is available in Kamuning Market, Malabon Central Market,
04:18New Las Piñas City Public Market, Pasay City Public Market, Guadalupe Market,
04:23MRT North Avenue Station, and LRT Monumento Station.
04:28Aside from this, the agency also plans to lower P38 to P39 for rice for all,
04:34which can currently be bought for P40 per kilo of well-milled rice.
04:38This is in line with the government's continued efforts
04:41to bring rice prices closer to the masses.
