00:34With the unstable weather, we are really having an uptick of upper respiratory tract infections.
00:44It's probably multifactorial like the weather, also their control at home, sometimes they forget to take medicine.
00:53Most of them are the elderly and children.
00:56The doctor's advice is to stay at home if you don't need to go out.
01:00If you can't avoid it, wear a mask and immediately consult a doctor.
01:05Lifestyle-related illness or the so-called holiday heart syndrome is also being closely monitored.
