00:32in the presentation of the Client Satisfaction Survey Result.
00:35It confirmed the highest Client Satisfactory Ratings
00:39obtained by the Police Regional Office or PROTEN.
00:42Based on the data of Mindanao from the 1st to the 4th part of 2024,
00:4696% Trust Ratings were recorded in the province of Bukidnon
00:50by their local police.
00:52The province of Kamiguin is leading in Security and Respect Ratings
00:56which is 97%.
00:57While 95% were obtained by Bukidnon and Kamiguin in Safety Ratings.
01:02Residents in Cagayan de Oro and Iligan City
01:05have the highest Satisfaction Ratings in Public Safety Services
01:09which is 97%.
01:11PROTEN approved the result of the survey
01:14because it confirmed that the public is safe and happy with their services.
