00:11In the forecast of hope, including here, are Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar.
00:22The forecast for Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Oriental Mindoro, and Marinduque is that there will be moderate to severe rainfall.
00:30There is also a high chance of rain in some parts of Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, some parts of Mimaropa, and the remaining parts of Bicol Region due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone.
