00:49or do you find yourself having a little bit of that spite

00:52when you watch one of your former teammates

00:54perform really well for another team?

00:56You know, whenever a great player leaves,

01:01you wish you could have found a way to keep them.

01:07You don't want to make a living

01:09out of letting great players leave the building,

01:14and, you know, I think that's why you got to do

01:17everything you can to get those deals done early.
