00:08As you can see, the flooding of the Amihan or Northeast Monsoon continues in the extreme northern Luzon.
00:16Meanwhile, the shoreline has been affected by a large part of the northern Luzon and a small part of the central Luzon.
00:25From now until the 2nd to the 3rd day, the strength of the Amihan is expected to be increased and a large part of the northern Luzon will be affected.
00:37And the shoreline is expected to be affected, mostly the eastern part of the northern Luzon and central Luzon.
00:47And as you can see, we are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or typhoons in the Pacific Ocean or the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
01:02At this time of the day, it is expected that there will be heavy rains and thunderstorms in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Calinga, Apayaw, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Palawan.
