00:20He was shot in Kapulong Street, Tondo, Manila, past 1 a.m.

00:32My brother was shot.

00:34According to the victim's siblings,

00:36the victim was talking to some residents when the Riding in Tandem arrived.

00:53He backed away when my brother was being shot.

00:58less than 5 bullets were recovered in the crime scene.
