00:34are staggered in, so our patients are given specific times, so teams will come in and
00:38attend to the patient, and the nursing team will come in as well.

01:15is fantastic from their point of view, because everybody in the end would much rather be
01:19at home, but from your point of view that's great as well, because it means you're just
01:23freeing up the space.
