00:10and since that date, according to the authorities, more than 83,900 captures have been reported.

00:21have defended the application of the measure, assuring a reduction in the homicide rate.
00:25However, human rights organizations in the country, in addition to reporting the abuses of
00:29power protected by the regime, confirmed more than 300 deaths of those deprived of liberty,
00:34many of whom were innocent.
