The government has followed the procedure in implementing the pardon order based on the documents they received in relation to former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak, says Fahmi Fadzil.
The Communications Minister, who is also the government's spokesman, said that while the Home Minister had cleared the air over the pardon order received by his ministry, the government is leaving it to the courts for further action and decision.
