00:09The Amihan or North-East Monsoon continues to affect a large part of Luzon and Metro Manila.

00:30The Shirline and Amihan in the next 2 to 3 days, as we have seen,

01:19We will experience a cloudy sky with scattered rain and thunderstorms in Calderiera, Cagayan Valley, the whole of Central Luzon,

01:30as well as in Bicol Region, Quezon, Mimaropa, as well as the whole of Visayas and the province of Dinagat Island.

01:41So, to our countrymen in the mentioned areas, let us continue to be careful and alert because of the possibility of flooding or landslides.

01:54Meanwhile, the eastern part of Mindanao, as well as the eastern part of Luzon and Metro Manila,

02:05will experience good weather, where it will be partly cloudy until the sky is cloudy, except for isolated rains or brief rains.

02:18Let us be prepared for the situation of our oceans.

02:22We are hoping that the Amihan will be strong, so now, we issued a gale warning because we are hoping that the waves will be high in Batanes.
