00:00Good afternoon to all of us. This is an update on the weather forecast.

00:04The shear line is still in effect.

00:06This is the cold and hot wind that brings scattered rains,

00:13landslides and landslides in the whole of Visayas, Bicol Region,

00:17Mimaropa, Aurora and Quezon.

01:09Albay and Sorsogon will still experience moderate or heavy to intense rains

01:16within 24 hours or this afternoon until tomorrow afternoon.

01:20Meanwhile, moderate to heavy rains are possible in other parts of Bicol Region

01:26as well as in other parts of Mimaropa and Quezon.

01:30This part of Dinagat Island, Rigao del Norte and Agusan del Norte,

01:34we expect that within 24 hours,

01:37they will also experience moderate to heavy rains.

01:41In the areas mentioned under heavy to intense

01:45as well as moderate to heavy rains,

01:47we are warning our countrymen

01:50that because of the heavy rains that we expect,

01:53it is still possible for floods and landslides to occur

01:57and they should consult their local government

02:00especially if you live in low-lying areas or in mountainous areas

02:04because it is dangerous for the possibility of floods and landslides.

02:11When it comes to tomorrow afternoon or Tuesday afternoon until Wednesday afternoon,

02:15the areas that we expect to experience moderate to heavy rains will be lessened.

02:21This is only the eastern section of Luzon,

02:24particularly Quezon, Camarines Norte, Aurora, Isabela and Cagayan

02:28that we expect to experience moderate to heavy rains.
