I Tried 7 Cottage Cheese Brands & There's One Clear Winner

I blindly tasted 7 different brands of cottage cheese to determine which cottage cheese you need to start stocking ASAP.

00:00We're in a cottage cheese renaissance. I tried seven different brands to see who does it best.

00:05Number one. Very creamy. Nice neutral flavor. It's nice. I give it an eight. Number two.

00:17Firm and bouncy. Still pretty neutral. I give it a six. Number three.

00:24Bouncy. Smaller curds. Not as bouncy, which I like. I give it a seven.

00:33Bitty. Granular. Not my favorite. I give number four a four. Number five.

00:46Dense. Granular. Not creamy. Because this is dryer, I'm actually gonna give it a three.

00:57It's creamy. The curds are slightly smaller than the first one, which I liked best so far.

01:04But the curds almost like melt. It's really close, but it is not quite as good as the first one.

01:12I would use this in things. I would say this is top for in things. I would use number one,

01:17which scored an eight, I think, for just eating straight up. What I loved about the winner

01:23was that it had large curds that were not bouncy or chewy. They sort of melted in my mouth.

01:30And really creamy texture around the curds. This one was super luscious and super delicious.
