A seven-year-old autistic boy, feared to have fallen into a drain near his home in Taman Tunku Tabor, Alor Setar, Kedah, was found drowned in Sungai Kedah on Saturday (Jan 11) morning.

00:48His body has been sent to the Forensic Department at Sultana Bahia Hospital for a post-mortem
00:53examination.
00:55The case has been classified as a sudden death.
00:58Earlier, authorities discovered the boy's clothes and slippers near a drain about 20
01:03metres from his home.
01:05Salawati noted that the child likely removed his disposable diaper before walking toward
01:09the river.
