00:00What is going on, Summoners? We're back here today with another Champion Deep Dive.
00:05Today, we're talking about Okoye.
00:11So, sit back and relax, because it's time to get into it.
00:24Okoye enters the contest with Elite Wakandan Training,
00:28granting her 2 ranks of the Dexterity Mastery.
00:31She also starts each fight with 15 Precision Buffs,
00:35gains 2 more when performing a medium attack,
00:38and gains 3 when avoiding an attack with Dexterity.
00:41Precision Buffs gained from Dexterity last 3 seconds, and can stack up to 20 times.
00:46Any Mastery she gains stacks with ranks already invested,
00:50and can increase a Mastery beyond its max rank limit.
00:54For each rank above max, the benefits of the opponent's Coagulate, Serum Science,
00:59and Mystic Dispersion Masteries are reduced by 20%.
01:03Now, critical hits inflict a Bleed and Shock debuff.
01:07Each time an immunity prevents one, she refreshes 4 of each debuff on the opponent.
01:12Also, dodging an attack inflicts the opponent with a non-stacking and snare debuff.
01:18And instead of increasing her critical damage,
01:20her Critical Damage Multiplier grants increased debuff duration, excluding stun.
01:25Furthermore, Okoye starts each fight with an indefinite Combo Shield passive.
01:31Her light attacks grant an additional combo per hit,
01:34and once she reaches 50, she gains a 60% Vicious passive for 20 seconds.
01:40While this is active, all Precision Buffs are paused,
01:43and when the Vicious expires, her combo meter is lost.
01:48Additionally, the final hit of her Heavy consumes 20 Combo
01:51to remove and reinflict up to 10 Personal Bleed or Shock debuffs on the opponent.
01:57And the first hit of her Heavies and Specials are a guaranteed critical hit,
02:01and the crits on these attacks pause all buffs on Okoye
02:04and all non-stun debuffs on the opponent for 1.5 seconds.
02:09Now, let's check out her Special attacks.
02:13On activation of her Special 1, she gains a non-stacking 60% Endurance buff for 14 seconds.
02:21While active, each time a debuff expires on Okoye,
02:25she gains 2 Combo and 2 Precision Buffs.
02:28With the Special 2, critical hits inflict an additional Bleed and Shock debuff.
02:33Non-crits inflict 1.
02:43The Special 3!
02:46For every 10% of max health the opponent is missing,
02:50this attack gains 20% Attack Rating,
02:52and the opponent passively suffers minus 10% Ability Accuracy.
02:57Now, let's check out her Signature Ability.
03:02When awakened, she also gains Rank 3 of the Deep Wounds Mastery,
03:07which is enhanced to include Shock debuffs and inflict instant shocks.
03:12And while her health is lower than the opponent's,
03:15all Endurance and Precision buffs expire up to 40% slower.
03:20Now, let's take her out for a spin in the Champion Rotation.
03:26To begin, strike the opponent to start stacking your debuffs.
03:30Complete full combos to stack your Precision buffs
03:33Complete full combos to stack your Precision buffs
03:36while making your way up to 50 Combo.
03:39Once there, you'll gain your Vicious passive,
03:42juicing up those Bleeds and your Shocks.
03:45Build up to your Special 2 and Launch to stack on dozens of debuffs,
03:50and then use your Heavy to refresh them and consume 20 Combo.
03:54If the opponent isn't already knocked out,
03:57you can keep converting your Combo into Refreshes until your Vicious expires,
04:01and your Combo meter resets.
04:04Now, keep in mind, that Ensnare debuff she gains when dodging an attack
04:09is great for those slippery science champions who love to evade,
04:13allowing her to stay aggressive and rinse the opponent with massive damage over time.
