00:00And that is the New England Patriots, they have hired Mike Vrabel, and of course, you know, Bill was only gone for one year.
00:07So I guess the Gerard Mayo year, things got so off track with the culture and the standard.
00:12You talked about standards before for these championship pedigree teams.
00:17Well, Mike Vrabel's coming back to New England and he's bringing the standard back with him, Scotty.
00:23You guys are going to ask me questions about culture, which I'll be happy to talk about and discuss.
00:29One thing I've realized about culture is that you can find out what your culture looks like when your family, your business, or your team is at its low point.
00:37It's not when you're winning Super Bowls, or it's not when you're 7-1 or 10-1,
00:43because then everybody's waving towels and everybody's happy and they're excited to come to work.
00:48But when you get hit in the mouth or you're down or the chips are against you,
00:52then you can take a snapshot of what your company or your team looks like and then you'll find out what kind of culture you have.
00:58But that culture is going to be built on winning, a competitive spirit throughout our roster and throughout our players
01:06and throughout our coaches and our staff, and the ability to put the team first and care about somebody other than yourself.
01:15I'm excited to get to work.
01:19Yeah, listen, I still think they screwed over the black guy for the white guy.
01:24Sorry, that's the reality of what happened.
01:27I mean, the minute this guy was available, he fired the black guy and hired Rabel,
01:31and then he tried to salt it over by saying, it's my fault, I never gave him a chance.
01:36Well, you got that right, old man.
01:38You gave him one season.
01:41I mean, it's embarrassing.
01:42Bob Craft is another guy now, in my opinion, that's lost his mind once he hit like 80.
01:49I mean, this guy, he's another one losing his marbles, him and Jerry.
01:53Like, what are you doing?
01:54It looks so bad optically, Mike.
01:56I don't believe for one minute he didn't shaft that brother.
01:59And I'll tell you another thing, everyone else in the NFL that's black thinks the same thing.
02:06That's it.
02:07That's all there is to it.
02:08They shafted him for the white guy.
02:11That's just all there is to it.
02:13I think that he wanted, if he could have had his chance, he would have hired Rabel last year.
02:19Well, that's his problem.
02:21A little late for that.
02:23Well, he couldn't because he put in the other guy's contract, he'd be the coach.
02:27And he got an out by the guy being so bad and only winning three games all year that he was able to, you know,
02:33code it over, as you say, by saying, you know, it's my fault and I didn't do it.
02:38He wanted Rabel.
02:39I think the bigger sham is that they interviewed all these other guys when you knew he was hiring Rabel.
02:44I think that was worse, what they did over the last week.
