00:53As you can see, all the youth from the surrounding areas will come here to study.

00:59Not only the youth, but also our elders will come here and read our cultural and social books.

01:14Yes, there will be no fees for the kids from the school.

01:17But for the kids outside the school, there will be some fees.

01:24As you can see, this library has to be run continuously, and a lot of facilities will be required.

01:31The small contribution that we make, has a good value.

01:37That is why we will do nominal charges later on.

01:41We have not decided on that yet.
