00:00The Philippines and the United States launched a new Maritime Cooperative Activity in the West Philippine Sea.
00:07It was conducted on January 17 to 18, the first group sail between the two countries in 2025.
00:15The assets used by the Philippines are BRP Antonio Luna and BRP Andres Bonifacio,
00:21while the two FA-50 Firefighter Aircraft were also flown and became search and rescue assets.
00:28In Panikang, America, the USS Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group, USS Princeton, USS Seret,
00:35and the MH-60 Seahawk Helicopter, V-22 Helicopter, and two F-18 Hornet Aircraft were launched.
00:43The activities were conducted in the so-called MCA,
00:47which strengthens the bilateral maritime cooperation of the Philippines and the United States.
