00:32A Chinese national who is allegedly part of an espionage group was nabbed by the National Bureau of
00:38Investigation or NBI last Friday at a condominium in Makati City. The suspect, Dan Yuen King, is a software engineer
00:45who has been living in the Philippines for five years.
00:48He is suspected to be a spy after a sensor or high-technology equipment was found inside his car
00:55capturing 3D images and coordinates of several structures in the Philippines. All of his acquired information are possibly
01:02transmitted real-time to China.
01:25The NBI said since December, he successfully captured images of power plants, sources of electricity, and even LGU offices in malls around Luzon.
01:55Specifically military camps, bases, power plants, LGU offices, police camps, stations, even shopping malls.
02:07They have a map of where to go. In fact, their plan is that after they go around Luzon, they will target the whole of Visayas and Mindanao.
02:19The armed forces of the Philippines admitted this is an alarming issue on their part.
02:23That's why they have initiated stricter security measures on the country's military bases.

03:45Meanwhile, the Philippine Coast Guard or PCG reported that China's CCG 5901 also known as the Monster Ship has been replaced by CCG 3304
03:56which remains inside the Philippines Exclusive Economic Zone or EEZ.
04:00The PCG condemned China's violations of international laws and the 2016 arbitral ruling.
04:07While monitoring the situation, the PCG emphasized a peaceful approach to the issue.
